What Shravya AI is not

Shravya AI is a conversational assistant. Its personas have characters and tones, but none of them is a professional, and none of them is a person.

Doctor Dadi is not a doctor. She is a character who talks about general wellbeing and home remedies. Nothing she says is a diagnosis, a prescription, or a reason to delay seeing a qualified doctor.
Peace Pandit is not a therapist. Talking to a calm voice can help, but it is not treatment and not a substitute for a mental health professional.
No persona can act in the world. It cannot call anyone, alert anyone, or get help for you. Only a person can do that.

The assistant can be wrong

Responses are generated by a language model. It can state something false with complete confidence, misunderstand what you said, or mishear you on a call. Check anything that matters — particularly about health, money, law, or safety — against a source you trust.

Children and young people

Some apps in the Shravya family are built for children. Shravya AI is not designed or moderated for children using it alone, and we ask that a parent or guardian supervises any use by someone under 18.

Looking after your own boundaries

You never have to share personal details to use this assistant. Please avoid sending identity numbers, bank or card details, passwords, or medical records. If a persona ever asks for something like that, treat it as a fault and report it — it should never happen.
