The rules for using Shravya AI.
Last reviewed: August 2026
These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require a physical signature. By using Shravya AI you agree to them. If you do not, please stop using the service.
You must be 18 or older to hold an account in your own right. If you are under 18, you may use Shravya AI only with the consent and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
One account works across the Shravya family of apps, so these terms sit alongside the terms of any other Shravya app you use. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
You must not use Shravya AI to create, upload or share anything that, in line with Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021:
You must also not:
We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, and where the law requires it we will share information with the appropriate authority.
Shravya AI generates text using large language models. Its replies are produced statistically and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, however confident they sound. Treat them as a starting point, not as fact.
The personas are a style of conversation, not a qualification. Nothing the assistant says is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, a lawyer, a licensed adviser or emergency services. If you are in danger or in crisis, please use the numbers on our Safety page.
Output is generated by artificial intelligence. If you publish it elsewhere, say so.
What you write and upload remains yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, process it to produce a reply, and show it back to you.
You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, and that doing so breaks nobody else's rights.
You may try Shravya AI without an account. Guest sessions are temporary and are not saved — close the tab and the conversation is gone. Guests cannot attach files or place voice calls. Create an account if you want any of that kept.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features. Where a feature carries a charge, we will say so before you are charged.
To the extent Indian law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or data, or for anything arising from your reliance on the assistant's output. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
You may stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, where the law requires it, or where continuing would put other users at risk.
For complaints about content, about your account, or about these terms, write to our Grievance Officer:

We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days, as the Intermediary Guidelines require.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
